whan I put a Pic in my work Doc. it will not go up higher
when I move it up it just jumps back down. I tryed making
it square, Behind text, Tight, In front of text, but no
lock it just moves down I can not get it close to the
text. There are no space bar,or Paragraph marks blocking
it.

Hi, lenda. Seems to me that square or tight wrapping would be better in
this case, if you want the text to automatically wrap around the pic.
Two things to try:
1. Right-click on the pic, then left-click on Format Picture | Layout |
Advanced | Text Wrapping tab, and set the "Distance from text" to a
smaller number.
2. Right-click on the pic, then left-click on Format Picture | Layout |
Advanced | Picture Position tab, and set an ABSOLUTE horizontal and
vertical position relative to PAGE.
