Picture doesn't refresh.

When I insert a picture I can see the whole picture. If I then scroll it a
lttlie off screen and then back it doesn't refresh (that is I only see part
of the picture). I have a gig of RAM and 100mb free in hard drive. Is there
something in the OPTIONS menu that I screwed up?

Hi Ed,

Word has a history of torture testing graphics card
and graphics controller drivers.

Right click on your desktop and see if turning down
the graphics card acceleration at least 2 clicks helps.
(Max isn't always the best performing setting)

Check the PC and card maker's websites for driver updates.
If your graphics card uses an Intel chipset you may also
want to check this:
