picture inserted into a frame

I am using a a brochure template supplied by a paper company. It has frames already set up for the individual panels of the brochure. I inserted a jpg picture from my file and formatted it as floating/behind text. Now I can't select it even if i delete all the text in the frame. How do I select it to move or delete it?

Display the Drawing toolbar and click on the Select Objects tool (big white
arrow at the left end). This allows you to select drawing objects without
touching text. Note, however, that a text box (if that's what it is, rather
than a frame) is also a drawing object. You may need to send it to the back
before you can grab the graphic.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?cm9i?=,

picture with texwrap formatting (made it "float"), it was no longer IN the frame. Just
positioned behind it. Frames can't contain objects that reside in the Drawing layer.
