Picture the screen for training and printing

I want to take a picture of a quickbooks screen so I can print it and use it
for training. I can not remember how to do this. HELP!

Hit PrintScreen or Alt+PrintScreen on your keyboard and then paste into an
application -- Word or PPT or Photoshop or something -- so you can print.

Or use a screengrab utility like SnagIt. http://www.techsmith.com

Print Screen {key} copies a image of your current desktop to the clipboard.

ALT-Print Screen copies a image of the current open window to the clipboard.

You can then paste the image into any image capable application.
