pictures double exposed in text box in Word & Pub. How do I fix

Got a new HP7310 printer. Now when I print a doc that has a picture on it in
Word or Pub. the picture in the text box doubles or even quaddrouples. How
can I stop this from happening? Called HP they said to check with Microsoft.

In Windows, try disabling printing spooling and/or advanced text
services, or enabling printing directly to the printer, in Start
| Control Panel | Printers | <right-click on your printer> |
Properties.

Sorry, turning off print spooling works for most people. The
only other thing I know of that you might try is to turn off
background printing in Word by clicking on Tools | Options |
Print | uncheck the "Background printing" box | OK. Not sure if
there is a similar option in Publisher.

Printing directly to the printer worked!

Tried the other things you mentioned and didn't work.

Thank you for your help!
