Pictures in Excel

Hello everyone,

I have table - price list with reference number and description like
this:

Reference number Description
1. 234567 busbar
2. 464378 socket
3. 463783 switch
and so on...

These are devices which we put it in cabinet (from bottom to top),
is it posssible in excel to put for every reference number picture (jpg
or pdf format) and make code which will put pictures of these references
(from price list) from buttom to top just to look like in cabinet?

I am not sure is this possible, is it possible in Access?
