I have a user on an older W2K desktop. We recently upgraded his office to
2003 Professional. Since doing that, any picture he prints through Word,
Excel prints double stacked. What I mean by that is the picture prints, but
there are two copies of that same picture in the same space that one would
be. they are not layered on top of each other but stacked

This only occurs when using the HP DJ1220C network printer. If he uses the
laser printer there is no issue. I have checked for all available window and
office updates. I have also made sure i am using the current printer driver.
If I print through MS imaging or Photo Editor there is no problem.
Any help would be appreciated.
thanks,
