pivot table help

hi i have a pivot table there are 10 catagories of my row field but when i change a page field of year lets say not all 10 catagories are present in each any given year so my pivot table could be 8 rows or 10 rows. is there a way to always have 10 rows but if it is blank have 0 instead of just taking the catagory out.

Double-click the row field button, and add a check mark to 'Show items
with no data'
