Pivot table range over more than one worksheet

Is it possible to create a pivot table using data from more than one
worksheet? If so, how is it done?

You can create a Pivot Table from multiple consolidation ranges, but you
won't get the same pivot table layout that you'd get from a single
range. There's an example here:

If possible, store your data in a database, or on one worksheet, and
you'll have more flexibility in creating the pivot table.
