Placing new messages into Outbox before sending them

With my Outlook 2000 SR version, I have not found how to
get my messages to automatically go to the Outbox, where
they will stay until I press "Send & Receive Mail" to send
all new messages at once.

I've used this feature with Outlook on Officer 98, and
find it very useful. Anyone know where to find this
setting?
