Playback of word doc

I accidently hit the windows key and s key on a word
document and the computer started reading the document
back to me.
I can't find anything on how or why this works.
Anyone know?

Sounds like it's the Narrator program. I'm runnning Win 2000 and it's in this location

Start>Programs>Accessories>Accessibilit

See if you can find anything there
