Playing multiple videos with one link

On our website, we have links to various Windows Movie files that visitors
can play. Is it possible to use one click to play more than one piece of
video in sequence? Something like a sponsorship video, followed by the
primary video?

absolutely!
it's called a playlist and it's just a simple plaintext file with the
extension of .m3u

all you have to do is make the m3u file (using the paths in your site).
upload it to your site and make it the target of a hyperlink or an embedded
media player.
