Please help, can't install Office English.

During the installation of MS Office 2007 Beta, I receive the error it can't
find the setup.xml office in the office-en-us folder.

I tried to locate the file manually, but it says invalid location.

What do I do now? Please help. Thanks

Just so you know, I'm having the same problem. I've been given several
suggestions (see my post of 5/25), but none have worked. I had no problem on
a second computer, so it's something about your computer's settings, but I
haven't found out what yet.

I think it has something to do with the regional / language settings on the
PC. I installed the German version, and with that version I received no
error. I did want to install the english version though.

I don't think so as I installed the US-English version on a German
WinXP SP2 installation (when the correct Office Pro Plus 2007 Beta 2
German version was not yet available on the MS server).
