please help me!!!

when I send out the mail, the mailbox cleanup diagbox pop
out and said "you have exceeded the size limit on your
mailbox", what has happened? How can I fix it up?

Basically you have too much email in your in box. I assume
you are using an Exchange server and as such the system
administrator will have set a maximum size for your and
everyone elses mailbox.

What you need to do is either delete the email in your
mailbox or if it is important, create personal folders and
move the important email into these folders.

To create personal folder:
File -> New -> personal Folder -> Select the folder
location (this is a file that will store all the saved
emails) Give it a name ... and bobs your uncle.

Move all the email from the inbox into the new Folder
NOTE: This must be outside of the Inbox.
