Please help with Exchange POP3 Server

Dear all,

I have a problem with mail exchage. I have an user account who have
two mail boxs. one mail box is using exchange and another one is
using
POP3.


The problem is the mailbox that using POP3 can not delivery mail to
outside but can only delivery in the local. And it used to work
normally before. I don't know what is wrong.


So, anyone could you please help me with this?
