PLEASE HELP

I want to use microsoft outlook express but i get an error
message when i open it that says it requires outlook
express 4.01 or higher where can i download this from or
what do i need to do to use my outlook? thanks for your
help

www.microsoft.com/downloads and see if you can just get IE6 SP1.
