Have you thought about reducing the Resource units to 25%. This should
allocate 2 hours per day for the duration of the task

Hi,



How can I tell MS Project that a task will be done in 1 week
(monday-friday), but I'll use 2 hours daily of X resource for this task?.
The total amount of time for this task will be 10 hours of the X resource,
spend during 1 week.



The problem I have is that if I assign 2 hours daily of the X resource, the
duration of the task becomes 0.42 days (and it will be done during one
week).



I'll appreciate your help,
