PLEASE PLEASE help with Password problem

I created a word (kind of like diary) and I cant remember my password. Can
anyone please help me to get it to where I can just get the data agan and go

The word document that has been pasword protected could be easy to crack, or
could be almost impossible. The best thing to do is make a list of close
relatives, friends, favourite things and try them one bye one. It is also a
good idea to try all of the passwords that you use for other thingss eg. your
e-mail password, or windows login. Another possibility is 'diary'. For each
of the possible words that it could be you will have to try them in different
combinations eg.

diary
Diary
DIARY
dIARY

(passwords are case-sensitive)

Also you could try downloading a RPCT (Random-password-creating-tool).

This when told to do so would enter random codes untill the correct one was
entered. (unfortunately it involves creating a small macro to begin with, but
after that it is a piece of cake.)

RPCT will not work effiecintly (opps) with Word or excel etc. files that
have been password protected with 128-bit incription. If you are using a
quite recent microsoft office package, you will probably find that it has (
by default) been encoded with 128-bit.
