which dissertation I'll discuss a case study on PMO implementation on a
Brazilian large, multi-national manufacturing company's IT directorare.
Your answers will contribute for a comparison analysis, and will be
kept confidential (nor you or your company will be mentioned, as
required by research methodology).

It is a 2-questions research. First will ask you about the benefits of
having a PMO implemented and the second one will ask you about how the
process of implementing the PMO developed.
QUESTION #1 - If you work at an organization (dept., Business Unit or
company) that has a PMO implemented, please answer me: How has your
organization realized the benefits of having implemented a PMO?
-1- We have fully enhanced our project delivery capability after
implementing the PMO
-2- We have significantly improved our project delivery capability
(lower costs AND faster deliveries AND higher quality of the products
delivered)
-3- We had little improvements to our project delivery capability
(lower costs AND/OR faster deliveries AND/OR higher quality of the
products delivered)
-4- We had somewhat improved our project delivery capability (costs
slightly lower OR deliveries somewhat faster OR quality improvement in
the products delivered)
-5- We have not, at all, perceived the expected benefits of having
implemented a PMO

as project team or even affected customer/client, discuss the
implementation process:
