Point Point Error Msg at Startup

Whenever I boot my system with Office 2000, I get an error message
that Power Point could not be initiated and whether I want to send or
not send the error to MS. I always select not to send and continue
using my computer. Is there a way to prevent this? This started just
recently and I have not installed any programs other the WebRoot's
Spy Cleaner.

Have you clicked the details on the error message? What does it say?

Detail shown is as follows:
Error Signature
Appl Name: PowerPoint.exe App Ver 9,0.0.6620 Mod Name:
MS09.ddll
Report Detail:
This includes information regarding the condition of Microsoft
Power Point for Windows when the problem occurred; the operating
system version and computer hardware in use; your Digital Product ID,
which could be used to identify your license; and the Internet
Protocol (IP) address of your computer.

We do not intentionally ------.

I did go to MS download site and downloaded and installed the Sp3
Office update, but that didn't help either. What's causing this
error?
Thanks.
James
