Policy settings

Hi,

I had VS 2003 and then i installed office 11 and then VS 2005. I installed
patch for VS 2005 and Infopath 2007 for beta 2 support. After that whenever i
try to load any of my Infopath project it gives error "Policy settings
prevent opening Internet forms with managed code." and doesn't allow to open
the project. Can anyone pls help me out.
