POP 3 setup problem

For some of our employees traveling 50/50 we have decided
to have them gain access from our exchange server using
POP 3 due to the recent shut down of port 135. There is
one client during setup when attempting the test settings
comand who gets a log on error related to invalid user
name or password when checking for incoming mail. Both
user and me have tried typing in his username and
password and they dont work. When I use my own info they
work fine. What am i doing wrong?
