Pop Up Warning - Doesn't let me work with Microsoft Outlook

The procedure entry point HrRTFFromTextStream@20 could
not be located in the dynamic link library MSMAPI32.DLL.

I don't understand what is going on, someone please help
to remove this pop up or find out what I need to do, to
make Outlook to work.
