POP3 email account/ trying to set up Out Of Office notification

I have a Windows XP Pro PC, Using MS Office XP Pro,
Outlook 2002, Internet mail (POP3/SMTP)
I have folowed the instructions on

but when trying to test this, It does not seem to be working, Just one
idea though, When I go back to edit the rule, do I have to click on
'RUN NOW'?

I tried this at home last night, and Outlook started sending out
notifications to everyone in my inbox...not good! so hence I was
hesitant on clicking on RUN NOW at the office.....
