POP3 Settings not saving

Outlook 2002 POP3 settings do not save. When I configure
outlook as a POP3 client to my ISP, the POP3 server
settings and the login name settings change when closing
and re-opening outlook. The POP3 server setting always
changes to localhost. Any ideas?
