Populating Fields From Another Form

I was wondering if it was possible to have a drop down list that populates
its available choices from another forms tool drop down in another workspace
setup with the choices entered in already.

I want to create a drop down that houses all of our current clients and
don't want to have to replicate this drop down manually across multiple
workspaces where the option to select clients will appear. Can I create a
version of this drop down in a forms tool on another workspace and have it
populate those options in a differnet work space if I add a forms tool with a
drop down option? Any info is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
