Popup message in Office 2003 (XP SP3)!

Every time i start typing on a new document or open an existing one ,two
popup messages with strange symbols come up and i have to press Enter for
each one in order to start typing. The only english words i recognize are
something like ".lication Data\Microsoft\Offimso.acl" at the end of the first
message.
Do you have any idea what is wrong?Repair didn't fix anything.
