Portfolio Analyzer displays 0.0h for all

Has anyone ever experienced this problem? After updating the olap cube,
the Portfolio Analyzer under Resources reads 0.0h for all work done by
anyone. If you go in to individual time sheets then you can see
exactly what they've done but the Portfolio refuses to acknowledge any
time at all. Any thoughts?
