Possible Spam

I have a regular contact, and he has been added to safe recipient, sender,
etc etc etc but his mail always coms through as "possible Spam". Not a major
problem - just highly irritating. Has anyone got any suggestions on how I can
resolve this?

How is email being indicated as "possible spam"?

Outlook itself will put suspect items into the Junk E-mail folder (but
adding to safe recipient, etc., tames Oulook's urge to classify it). But,
Outlook doesn't flag email as "possible spam."

There are some server utilities that do that, such as the Spam Assassin. I'm
wondering if the "possible spam" indicator you're getting might be coming
from a server utility. In my case, I can set the sensitivity level and add
exceptions by logging onto my mail server's control panel, thus avoiding
having non-spam email classified as possible spam.

Outlook itself doesn't mark anything as "possible spam"; it either moves
messages to the junk mail folder or it doesn't. What Outlook add-ins do you
have installed that might be marking these messages as "possible spam"?
