Post responses to sub-calendars

Hi,

I am creating a group calendar for our four service regions because I would
like to track the meeting invitations for each region in a centra location.

I created the group mailbox and copied the main calendar four times, naming
each calendar "North", "South", "East" and "West".

If I send a meeting invite from the South Region calendar, I get a message
stating "Responses to the meeting request will not be tallied because this
meeting is not in your main calendar folder. Is this okay? OK/Cancel"

If I say OK, I get a message stating "Reminders for this meeting will not
appear because the item is not in your Calendar or Tasks folder. Is this OK?
Yes/No"

When the invitations are accepted, I receive the response in the Inbox, but
the meeting event does not track the responses.

Is there any way to track the responses to these events in the sub-calendar
in which it was created?

No, events for the calendar are tracked in the default calendar in the
default mail store only. I do not know of any application that will sync
sub-calendars with a public calendar while placing items created in the
sub-calendars in the calendar where it was created.

You can try posting to an Outlook programming group for assistance but I
doubt that what you want to accomplish can be done in Outlook.
