Postcards in MS Publisher

Help! I merged data from MS Excel into MS Publisher and when I print a test
page, it gives me 4 of the same addresses on the letter sized page. I need
each of the 4 postcards to show a different address. How do I set that up?
When I changed the page properties to 1 per page, it just centered one
postcard per page.

Can someone please help me? THANKS!!

What version Publisher?
In 2000 or below, in page setup select special size, postcard, landscape. By default
Publisher will have four cards per page. If not setup your printer to landscape first
and then page setup.
