It depends. You can just create your graphs and text, etc., print the
individual slides out, and paste them to foam core cut to the
appropriate size.
Or you can create one slide with all the stuff and print it to a wide
format printer. If you're going to do this, you'll want to set your
slide up proportionately. Say, if your poster is 48"x98", you'd make
your slide 24"x46" and use the printer settings to print at 200%.
