I created a special mailing label with my logo on that I print from New-->On
My Computer template in Word 2003. After inserting the bookmark and
inserting the Postnet bar code field, I can get it to print a 5 digit bar
code that corresponds to what appears on my incoming letters. However, when
I print a 9 digit bar code, several of the hash marks on the final portion do
not agree with what's imprinted on my incoming mail. I've checked several
Postnet codes experimentally using the Labels tool and I get the same result
as with my created template--Word's 9 digit array of hash marks will not
agree with what is imprinted on my incoming mail with the exact same lettered
ZIP code numbers. I am on Automatic updates and as far as I can tell I have
all of them. Can anyone explain this?
