I have windows 2002P and powerpoint 2002 at home.

I find that If I take the saved files from this set up to
the one at work (windows 98 and power point 2002) I can
not read those files and vice versa.

Is there any fix for this.

How are you transporting the files - - on what media and how did you get the
presentation on the media? What happens when you try to open them? Do you get
an error message? Have you password protected the presentations?

Sonia,

1. Transported on a floppy disk. "Save" or "save as".

2. An error message "Power Point can not access ....."

3. No password protection.

That's the problem. Saving to removable media is guaranteed to result in an
unreadable file. Save the presentation to your hard disk. Then drag and drop
the file to a floppy disk.
