I have several users that on one computer when they run
their presentations that include audio files of 100-400kb
and animations almost on every slide an error message
pops up with the title "Server Busy" This action cannot
be completed because the "PowerPoint Slide Show - [name
of file.ppt]" program is not responding. Choose "Switch
To" and correct the problem. My button choices
are "Switch To" and "retry" clicking on switch to
results in the slide show to proceed, retry does
nothing. These slides work on other computers. The
software that is running on the "bad" computer that is
not running on the "working" computers is Vision by
master solutions and the smartboard software. I've tried
disabling ever program except for the smartboard and
still get the error. This happens on both network and
local files. any ideas?
