PowerPoint 2003 crashing

Hi all

We recently moved some people from MACs to PC. One of our users is uses
powerpoint regularly and since day one it's been crashing alot. At first I
thought it was because she was using old mac powerpoint files as a starting
point for all her ppts but recently she started a new one from scratch and
it's doing the same. It's only at about 30Mb.

Office 2003
Win XP pro machine SP1 good spec compaq

Anyone any thoughts on this ? I've fully reinstalled office to no avail.

What is she doing when it crashes? What is the pattern? Has she applied
Service Pack 1?

Hi Sonia

Usually shed say copying an image or moving one. not necessarly the same
image. No SP1 installed. would it make that much of a differ ?

I would absolutely recommend that she install SP 1 and call us in the morning if
that pill doesn't lower the fever. <G> SP 1 cures a number of ailments and it
could be the treatment needed.

Will give it the SP1 jab so. Will repost if it's still not working.
