Timing like this can be very difficult in PowerPoint.
Since PowerPoint uses no keyframe method for timings you
will have to do it all in real time. Even then, timings
will very from system to system. Time your slideshow and
note the points where you want the music to change. Then
you need to edit your music to fit the slide timing or
edit the slideshow timing to fit the music. You will
probably still have to tweak the slideshow timings after
you insert the sound files in the PowerPoint file. There
are many variables but this should get you going.
