Powerpoint compatibility problem

Hi!

I'm using Office 2003 (Powerpoint v. 11.5529.0), and when somebody using
Office 2000 (Powerpoint v. 9.0.3821) sends me presentations (either on a CD
or via e-mail) the presentations appear to be empty (the number of slides
checks out, but they're all empty)..... it therefore seems to be a
compatibility issue.

Has anyone else experienced this, or know a solution? Thx!

Hi Herman,

apply Service Pack 1 for Office 2003, that should solve the problem.
