Powerpoint error: PowerPoint found an error it cannot correct. You

I get this error after a default template was loaded. I have looked on
Microsoft.com and found the following article#813802. However it only
mentions that Microsoft has a fix, but does not mention where to download the
fix only to call Microsoft for assistance.

Would happen to know what the fix is or where it can be found?
