Powerpoint Multicast

Can you broadcast powerpoint live across a wireless network to multiple
computers, the remote computers must be in sync with the server

Although I have not used it myself, you can try the new Microsoft SharedView
for free from

I think shared view requires an interconnection which I should have mentioned
is not always available
