PowerPoint Slide images grainy/fuzzy when emailed

Okay,
I know how to copy and paste the slide into the body of my Outlook
email. The problem I'm having is that when I email it to someone the
images are all grainy/fuzzy. Is there anything I can do to make the
images appear as they do in Powerpoint?? Thank You
