If you're talking about borders, you can add them by inserting a piece of
clip art. Insert\Picture\Clip Art. In the resulting search pane, type in
"borders" and click on go. If you just want a box, use the drawing tools.
Right click on properties and select no fill. Then use the line style button
to change the look of the line.
