Problem 1. It appears that when you try to insert "sound from file" which is
saved on your hard drive you do not have the same "timing" options as you do
when you insert sound from "play CD". I need to start and stop my songs at
certain second intervals, which I can choose when I am trying to insert them
from a CD, but when I try to insert from the files I have ripped onto my hard
drive, I get the icon speaker phone instead of the little CD player and the
"timing" options do not let me do this.
Problem 2
I have inserted songs from a CD that plays while I run the show. When the
show runs from the beginning, it gets to a certain slide and will not advance
or play music.
I have all the options set correctly it appears, because when I start
playing the slide show from the problem slide, it works all the way through
the end of the show. But as I said, when I play from the beginning of the
show, it stops every time. Why?
All of this is troublesome, as I am trying to create a gift CD of my son's
wedding and I want to use the Package CD option, and send it all as a show.
But I cannot get the sound files to copy to the RW CD and even if I did, the
show is "glitched" with the stopping problem at one particular slide when
started from the beginning of the show.
I have deleted and reinserted the song many times to try and get it to work
correctly. What else can I do? Help, please...thank you! cs

I have inserted a .wma sound file from my computer into PowerPoint. How must
I do this in order to have another user hear the music if this filed is
emailed to another computer?
Thank you.
