Powerpoint sources

Is there any good sites out there supporting Powerpoint? Especially
interested in finding "backgrounds" to use etc. and other "art" and
manipulation tools like slide transitions, text tools and stuff like that.

Thank you and I will check those reference sites out. I feel limited right
now with what is minimally included with the program and am going to be
working on a quite a few presentations over the next six months and do not
want them to all appear identical.....
