Powerpoint Upgrade Eligibility

I have recently got a copy of Microsoft Office Basic Edition 2003, in the
past the standard was Word, Excel and Powerpoint.... not anymore it would
seem.

Now I only get Word, Excel and Outlook... I need Powerpoint so do I qualify
for upgrade eligibility?

I know it is cheaper to get the right version of office that already
included it and I am not willing to buy another copy I just want to include
Powerpoint? Do I pay full or can I get it at upgrade price as I already own
Office?

Edition is not a qualifying product for Powerpoint 2003 upgrade pricing,
but you may already own one of the qualifying products listed in the
article.
