Powerpoint video no-show

I have used mpeg's in Ppoint (hyperlinked)for a while now successfully. All
of a sudden powerpoint wants to dominate the foreground and the windows media
player plays the mpeg, but in the background. I can hear it, and if i stop
the slide show and minimize ppoint, the windows media player is there
playing. How do I get it back on top?

Hard to say, what changes (software installs) have you made recently. (The
PC didn't change itself.)
