powerpoints get stuck

PPProblems

For file sizes of 20 MB and more, powerpoint gets stuck. It crushes the
whole system (DELL D800 Latitude - XP 2003). This happens intermittenly,
ofcourse unexpectedly. Any body having a similar problem and has a solution?

Is your hard drive well maintined - - Temp folder cleaned out, Recyle bin
emptied, disk defragged? Do you have other programs running, like anti-virus
software or other applications?
