"powertoy" for right click that can resize photos Where is it?

I read of a "powertoy" from MS that will allow a user to right click on a
photo and resize it without having to use an editor like Photochop Elements.
It was to be found on the Office website but I can't find it. Has anyone
else heard of this and know where to find it?

Don't know about any powertoy but you can resize and crop photos in MS
Office now. Exact process may differ by application but what you ask is
available via right clicking.

If you are using Windows XP:

Sounds like you want "Image Resizer".

Be sure to read the paragraph that effectively states "use at your own risk"
(i.e., MS provides them but doesn't support them)
