I have a full presentation here which consists of slides that are to be
viewed and others that are merely backup slides (additional info). what is
the best way to organize this so the backup notes are not accidentally shown
in the presentation?

Another way they want to see the data is with three bars with actual numbers
and then another 4 that are only "incremental numbers". Is there a way to do
this?

Oceanmist,
Hide the slides, right click on a thumbnail and choose hide slide.
Or put your backup slides at the end of the presentation, put an invisible
link (e.g. a link on an AutoShape with no fill no line) on the slide to
connect to them.
