PPT 2000 + Notes Template

Hi,
I am using PPT2000 and after creating a template with the header and footer
in the notes area defined, I tried to apply this template to existing
presentations. It applied all the formatting and design changes, but it did
not apply the header/footer information in the notes area. Is there any way
around that?

I believe that the notes masters only come along when you begin a file based
on that template. So you'd need to do File/New and then select that template
from the options.
